Great phone cover. Genuine leather, it got here fast and the support team was awesome. I've purchased several cases from 32nd ship and I've been super pleased with each one. I can definitely suggest this store.

This is a total rip-off. I ordered a phone case that was marketed as real leather and priced accordingly. When it showed up, it even had one of those little leather samples attached to it to 'prove' its authenticity. But the product itself? Not even close. They’re clearly sticking those tiny leather samples on plastic items and I’m going to get a full refund through my credit card company, plus I’ll be reporting them to trading standards.

UPDATE - 17 Jan 2023 - I’ve heard that this company is trying to get my review taken down. My partner gifted me their product for Christmas, and they’re insisting it’s 'genuine leather.' It’s obvious that it’s not. At best, it could be what’s called 'bonded leather,' which is basically 20% bits of leftover scraps and the rest is plastic. These are generally seen as fake and a much lower quality product that can’t legally be called 'genuine leather' or 'real leather' for good reason.

They’re still promoting it as such, which is misleading for customers. Instead of trying to substantiate their claims, they’re just focused on getting my review removed.

I've picked up my second phone case from the 32nd shop. Both of 'em are top-notch. The quality is high, it's genuine leather, and it fits just right. It offers protection without being too heavy. The card slots can hold a few cards and grip 'em well so they don’t drop out. The price is fair for what you get, and the delivery was quick. I highly recommend these!

They assisted me in fixing my order mistake, and in just one email, they resolved everything for me. Absolutely fantastic, definitely worth the hassle!

I can only share my thoughts once the item gets here. 32ndshop isn't to blame for the hold-up in getting my order. It’s kinda wild that something sent just 6 miles away took a whole 10 days to arrive. Given the current issues with Royal Mail, I’d rate this company 5 stars for the product but a big fat 0 for the delivery.

Usually, we go for the faux leather ones, but they don’t hold up well, and they’re just too easy to grab from the local shops. I’m not a fan of ordering online from unfamiliar sellers, but I decided to give it a shot this time. The whole process was smooth; ordering was a breeze, and the price was reasonable. Plus, we snagged a discount since we signed up on their site, which was a nice bonus. Both cases showed up quickly and are just what we wanted—top-notch quality, a perfect fit for our phones, and they feel fantastic. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect product. They got back to me via email late on a Friday night with a return label and form. I shipped it back on Monday and got the replacement on Saturday - without any added shipping fees. The quality of the phone case is fantastic as well. Truly outstanding customer service - something that's hard to find these days. Well done!

Absolutely fantastic.... I ordered a hard-to-find phone case after trying Amazon, eBay, and others, but 32nd shop had the right item for my older model. The selection isn’t massive, but I chose a light color since I kept misplacing the black phone everywhere. The new cover A) arrived the very next day, B) looked way prettier than it did online, C) was well-crafted, and D) was a much better deal than what I found elsewhere. So, hats off to 32nd shop, you guys are awesome!!!

I got my hands on two Chalk & Hide cases for our new Motorola G50s, one in burgundy and the other in black. Placed the order late on Sunday, and they arrived first class by Tuesday lunchtime. The quality of these cases is top-notch; they feel and look really nice. The phones fit perfectly as well.

You don’t often find something that’s just right on the internet the first time around. We’ll definitely be back for more and would totally recommend them.

The item was advertised as a screen protector for the Moto G9 Plus, but it turned out to be a generic version (it did match the dimensions, at least).

Out of the two protectors, the first one kept getting bubbles (even though I followed the instructions). I decided to give the second one a shot, but it was already damaged when I opened the package.

Quick shipping from 32nd store, I got myself a 32nd ClassicV2 book wallet case in Aubergine for my Samsung A51 phone. It's a pretty sharp-looking case, and my phone fits perfectly inside with all the cutouts in the right spots. The only thing that bugs me a bit is that this case claims to be made of genuine leather, but there's no real leather logo stamped on it.

I had no clue about 32nd before I picked up a Nokia 5.3 phone case from their site. The whole process was a breeze, and the website was super easy to get around (way better than Amazon!). Placing the order was straightforward. The delivery was quick, and the product is fantastic! I’d totally recommend them and will be back for sure!

So, the iPhone case I got came super fast. But, it wasn’t the right one, so I reached out to them and they got back to me real quick with a return label to print for my refund. Yet, the 'customer service' rep couldn’t help but be sarcastic, saying they were sorry I thought it didn’t match what was on the site. Even though I’ve got my refund now, I gotta say, I don’t think I’ll be shopping with them again.

I got the premium leather book wallet for my Apple iPhone 7 in tan, and I also picked up a case for the iPhone SE. Both items were just as they were described and are fantastic products. They showed up super fast, and I received some really great customer service when I accidentally pressed the wrong button while ordering! They sorted it out quickly and with a smile - hats off to this company! I’d totally recommend them. Just a thought: if all the iPhone 7 cases fit the iPhone 8 as well, it’d be awesome if that info was clearer on your site. Thanks again!
